Shipping policy

Best Loved Gifts is an online gift shop. Many of our products are made to order after purchase. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs while reducing unnecessary overproduction.

Processing and production time

Because many items are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment. Most items are produced and prepared for shipment within 1 to 7 business days after an order is placed. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or supplier delays.

Shipping time

After an order ships, delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, product type, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown when available and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Separate shipments

If an order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping regions

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship that item to your address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at bestlovedgifts@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
